Excellent service
Each technician that came out was great. Great attitude, great customer service, but the over all experience was awful. Will never do it again. I will buy a whole new fridge before going through sears repairs again. There is no way to talk to an actual human until the tech gets to your house. AI has destroyed any type of customer service this company has before techs get involved. You can’t even reach back out to the tech once they complete their task. I will never recommend them again unless they get rid of AI BECAUSE this ... read more
