Very friendly and professional
Very thorough technician!
Not happy with diagnosis. Machine not fixed $500 later. I cannot get a hold of any live person unless I put in to come check my machine which they want to charge for to just do that. I had three visits and none satisfied. I still haven’t received any money back.
