Tech came on day expected, notified pending arrival, quickly and efficiently completed diagnostic evaluation and repair without problems.
Very nice person knew right away what was wrong and took care of it thabk
Jody came out the first visit early in the morning and assessed the issue and ordered parts needed. We didn't have to sit and wait all day for the repairman to show up. When he came to install the parts, we waited all day for him and he didn't arrive until after 4pm.
Did not fix the problem. Ice maker STILL NOT WORKING.
The service technician Mike is very professional. He knows what he is doing and works efficiently. Friendly and polite.
