On time, very courteous, knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem quickly. Done quickly, efficiently and no mess. Warranty covered repair
Tech was nice. Too bad he didn't put on ALL the new pulleys that were ordered and paid for by warranty company. I told them, by the way. Now two weeks after the fix, the dryer is thumping like it's broken. Is this how you rip people off? Half ass fix so you can get called back in a few months? Not satisfied at all!
