when you call it is ai automated and communication is difficult they dont give you an exact time on when they are going to show up so it makes it hard for someone who works a 9-5.
Tech walked into the house without knocking
Very friendly and knowledgeable.
The tech fixed the issue with our dryer but damaged it in the process by repeatedly dropping pieces of our dryer and damaged our wall behind the dryer
Technician was very knowledgeable about Whirlpool refrigerators!
