It’s taken 5weeks for our refrigerator to be repaired!once you canceled extending to another week! Than when a tec cam the third time to diagnose the problem and left another one arrived like two hours later? Something’s wrong with your dispatching of tecs. The tec that diagnosed doubled the order so I got two chip boards and two sending units?? Today the day after the job is complete I get another notice from you that my service time has expired. My technician was Ed, he was quick in diagnosing the issue with our 7 yr old Kitchen Aid refrigerator. Although we decided not to repair it, we received full details of the cost to repair so we took an informed decision. Thank you Ed I’d give you 10 stars if I could.
This was a great service call! The fact that I waited on Saturday morning for 4 hours and then you canceled was TERRIBLE service! However, this experience was everything that I could hooe for.
