UPDATE: SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR NEVER RESOLVED THIS. Owner NEVER reached out to me again; I guess Facebook users are the only customers he treats responsibly. My floor hasn't been repaired and I had to buy a new refrigerator to replace the one he couldn't ever repair correctly. Terrible Service! Waited all day on a Friday for a repair and they didn't show up. They rescheduled me at 6:00 pm for the following Monday. Called several times, never spoke to anyone - just an automated service. Will never use them again!
