Ishmael was professional and knowledgeable with a friendly demeanor.
I received one phone call earlier today saying that the service was scheduled for today, and it has already been billed. I have not received any return call in spite of my request. It is almost 5pm so I am assuming that the service will be provided tomorrow. A phone call would be very reassuring. Waiting for hours with no response is frustrating.
Our technician William was very knowledgeable and efficient in quickly repairing our fridge. Thank you!!
