Christopher was nice enough, but having to deal with your AI to get a repairman out was a horrible experience. You can't get in touch with a live person and have to waste whole days waiting for the repairman to come. I received text messages when they're on their way, but on the initial visit someone texted me and said they'd be here between 9 and 11 am, but didn't show until 4 pm. It would be nice to have a live call to explain what is wrong with the appliance, so maybe they could have the parts on hand and give a more accu... read more
