Worst company I have ever seen. They have cancelled on me 4 times since June to fix my washer. They wait until the day of to cancel anywhere between 9 and noon. Absolutely pathetic. There is no way to contact them it’s all AI. Garbage company.
Chris was terrific! He diagnosed our Jenn Air oven problem in no time and directed us to a repair my husband can do. We appreciate his friendly professionalism and honest assessment.
He was very professional and polite. Answered all my questions. Hopefully it is fixed now.
