Fast service. I just noticed the freezer door doesn’t shut smoothly
Great technicians! The communication ability lacks. I could never talk to a real person until the tech showed up. I left special notes about the problem on the app. to try and streamline things, but those notes were never seen. What could have been 1 appointment (I had a diagnosis and just needed the part and the guy to put it on) required 2.
