Showed up early and fixed problem in no time at all
Blake did a excellent job repairing our air conditioner. Was very nice and friendly. Thank you Blake for getting our air back on!
I set up an appointment through the automated voice line. The time of arrival was supposed to be 8am - 5pm which is ridiculous in itself. Then the day of they would text a two hour window. Then when they don’t arrive after I texted them I received another two hour window. Then another two hour window. I asked to speak to someone quite a few times with no calls. Service man came out but said it needed a board? For it. He was very curious and professional. Unfortunately it couldn't be fix.It was the microwave.
