The technician was only in my house for a max of five minutes. He had no idea what was wrong with my furnace. He sat in his car for an hour before he came back in and said that he had to send some forms off to my warranty company to see if they would cover the cost of the replacement parts. After 10 minutes he said that he had to leave and that if I did not hear back anything to call my warranty company the next day I paid $100 service fee for him to spend over an hour in his vehicle not working on my furnace. Jeff was very nice, knowledgeable in HVAC systems, and explained things in terms I could understand, since I am not knowledgeable in HVAC systems. He showed up when he said he would, and was neat and respectful.
Showed up early and fixed problem in no time at all
