The tech seemed to know a lot about the product and was able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly. We opted to go with a new unit due to the cost the repair would have been, it would be cheaper to buy a new washer. I was glad to pay the service call fee for the information we received.
The technician was on time and did a great job and everything was working when he left
