Sears appliance repair was contacted on 3 March about an error code E5 on my dryer. The first appointment was scheduled for 13 March. We were given a window of 0700-1800 and waited at home all day to receive a message 13 minutes before their window closed to tell us that nobody would show up. The next appointment available at this point was 27 March. The repair technician saw the error code come up. Then it was “suddenly working”. He “couldn’t find anything wrong”. If I could give a lower rating I would go negative. It's January and we have been waiting since July to have our washer repaired. They order one part then the next visit another part. Our second to last app he said well I going to have them replace it and took all the parts. Two weeks later I called Sears and they informed me because our washer was outside when he came they weren't going to cover it.
