A & E Repair- said they were Sears Repairmen. The service repair men wired my double oven incorrectly while replacing/fixing the broiler element. It shorted out both ovens and the Home Warranty company refused to replace the oven. Clearly the fault of the repair persons. Then they refused to return to try to fix what they broke. I asked if they were insured in case something like this happened and guess what??? They aren't. Results-had to purchase entire new wall unit that cost over $3500. No resolution and no offer to help.... read more
Repairman was on time and professional but has not been able to fix our problem with the Kenmore refrigerator we purchased 2 years ago . After 5 visits the problem still exists waiting for another part to be installed on the next visit .
Service was prompt and efficient and appreciated for those reasons. I would certainly recommend Sears service to friends.
