We were pleased with the repair done on our dryer.
Technician arrived in what appeared a grumpy mood. Walk right into house without offering foot covering or removal of shoes. I had to ask for foot covering which were in his vehicle. My dryer was the issue and he went straight to the washer to start his repairs…had to redirect him to the dryer…and then he did not know how to operate the dryer (was using the top air dryer vs the main dryer drum with issues of heat).. appeared he was not knowledgeable about the unit he was working on. Was not impressed.
