Great technician,Gunner. The process was difficult to initially get help and get an accurate time. One day we were told there were two ahead of us until 6:45pm and nothing after. We kept waiting! Better lines of communications.
Quoted 800 to change a pump on a washing machine. When on the phone with them before the $125 call out they could have mentioned that
The technician was great, he did a good job and fixed my washer. I hated the website and customer service. I set up my appointment easily for a Wednesday between 8-5. I waited at home all day Wednesday just to get a text at 8pm that my appointment would be rescheduled for Thursday. I waited all day Thursday again. Received only a text at the end of the day rescheduling again for Friday. I called every number on the website and could never speak to a real person.
