Gunner was very pleasant. Got the oven fixed quickly. We had extended warranty insurance & had no out of pocket cost.
AI is terrible. Repeatedly got my name and address wrong. Call after call with the same incorrect information. Repairs are overpriced for the service. Will definitely be trying a different company in the future should I need an appliance repaired.
