Stephen B is our appliance guy!! It’s so great to find someone knowledgeable, professional and personable to work with on these matters. He’s willing to let me watch and explained everything he did. Absolutely first class. Effective and efficient. Knows alot and knows where to find information he needs.
Steven was nice and friendly. However, it took 3x to fix our dishwasher. If he had spent a few minutes after replacing parts to see if all was good, we could have had our machine sooner than later and not been ao frustrated with the process. The 2nd repair and later 3rd repair left us without a functioning machine for over a month. Not too mention we had several dishes that were ruined bc of the over heating that occurred during 2 of his visits.
