Steven was nice and friendly. However, it took 3x to fix our dishwasher. If he had spent a few minutes after replacing parts to see if all was good, we could have had our machine sooner than later and not been ao frustrated with the process. The 2nd repair and later 3rd repair left us without a functioning machine for over a month. Not too mention we had several dishes that were ruined bc of the over heating that occurred during 2 of his visits. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He explained the issue and laid out the options for us.
