Spencer, the technician did a great job repairing my freezer. I was very unhappy with the delays and rescheduling it took before the repairs were done.
Terrific support & cooperation. The tech was very good & thorough. My only complaint is the schedule. It took too long from the call for help for repair to be scheduled & completed.
Sears technician Spencer was right on the spot for diagnosing the repair need on our refrigerator and followed up with correcting the problem.
