Chris is in my opinion the best service repairman that I have ever worked with as a customer because he cares about the job and particularly the customer which is the most important part of the relationship He deserves a raise!!!!!
Our technician, Josh, got here earlier than expected, which was great. He quickly diagnosed that the transmission on our 3 1/2 year old GE washing machine was very close to failing and that it would be cheaper to find a brand new unit than to repair this GE washer. He also gave us a recommended brand that he feels is very reliable for the price AND his recommended brand was $250.00 cheaper than replacing the transmission. Will definitely call Sears again whenever a future appliance repair is required.

Service technician, Josh was able to identify the problem with my washer and quickly resolve it. His great knowledge and expertise were much appreciated as was his kind and personable demeanor. Thank you Josh!!!!
