Sears Appliance Repair has been terrible. I am all for automation and optimization but not having an option to reach a human being is irresponsible and inefficient. My appointment has been rescheduled twice without any updates. Every day it has says my technician will arrive at a certain time and as time goes on it gets pushed later and later until I eventually get rescheduled. Please fix your workflow to include a human operator as a last resort or at least give an option to call the said technician assigned to my service r... read more
