Poor custoer service- over priced- basically a rip off. Called for a repair on my treadmill- technician came out and made no repairs. The charge for him just to come out was over $100! I foolishly called them again 5/2016 for a repair on our Samsung electric dryer. The service repairman came out. He did a half @$$ inspection of the dryer and said the charge to fix the heating element would be over $300!! We did not agree with his findings or the price. We declined his repairs and payed $50 which was the charge for him coming... read more
