The tecnician was really friendly. Explained every thing he was checking out. Very knowledgeable . Got the job done.
Tyler was a no-show. The part is still sitting on the pallet. This is the THIRD appointment with the technician NOT showing up. And I receive a payment receipt which I did NOT sign. I've already paid $100 - is this not subtracted from the amount? And I cannot CONTACT ANYONE at Sears regarding this complaint. If I could give a 0, I would. You told me to call 1-800-469-4663 for further assistance, but this is just an automated call and I cannot talk to a real person regarding this. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable..Fixed washer quick and showed me where my label was on my Stove and refrigerator so I could take a picture.. Thanks
