Tyler was on time,examined the dishwasher and ordered parts. Came back in an about 2 weeks and repaired it. He was always pleasant and friendly. Hard to find employees like that.
The technician was on time and reaffirmed my diagnosis that the machine was unbalanced all the time. Very glad he had the parts on his truck to fix the problem in the first trip.
Matthew was very knowledgeable and made the repair in a timely fashion. Recommend this service for any of your appliances.
