Can't even get them on the phone. How in the world do they stay in business?
People , save your $129.00 service fee for the service call and use it towards a new appliance...I was offered (several times) a "warranty" and told there was no way to repair our washer...I wasn't interested...So then , miraculously , I was told it could be fixed , it was a 2 man job and the estimate was over $500...No thanks , I replied...Then had to pay $129.00 for NOTHING...Still not sure why the repair person was pushing a warranty for my old washer.
