The 3 stars is for Stacy my technician. He was wonderful. However, Sear Appliance Repair ONLY uses BOTs to communicate with its customers. I tried in vain for 2 days to let them know they had the incorrect address—with no luck. They have their communications sealed down tight—you absolutely can NOT speak to a human. This is terrible. The bot to chat with: one can only ask one of 5 pre-selected questions—none of which matched my issue which was incorrect address. Customer service on the phone was excellent. Got a text that my technician was on their way. Tell minutes later, it said nobody was home. I have cameras and was home and the technician never showed. Worse, there is absolutely no way to contact the technician or a representative to discuss it, it is all automated. Very frustrating.
The technician was thorough, friendly and competent.
