Service man thought he had the problem fixed when he replaced one of the parts but we still have the problem. Water dispenser sticks, will not shut off, and you have water shooting all over the floor. Sears repair is coming back to try again. Hopefully this time will be successful. One other issue -- Sears provides a window of a full day so someone has to be home the entire day. Most repair places provide a window of either the morning or afternoon.
The repairmen were very nice and friendly. They gave us excellent service. They also gave us good advice on. what to do for future repairs. Thanks , Hobart Hubble
