Very Professional and good communication
Don was a great technician and even though the company isn't being cooperative he is doing his best to help along the case. He was friendly and tried hard to supply all information needed to the company.
Tech came to the house, but wouldn’t work on my dryer. There was a miscommunication between the tech and online software Sears uses to set up appointments. The software said I needed my stove looked at but I needed our dryer fixed.
