Technician KEVIN WEST at Sears Home Services is EXCEPTIONAL! He's articulate, respectful, personable, pleasant, engaging, and professional. All round the best service tech that I've had!
The so called tech came out and could hardly speak English. He also didn’t know what he was doing. He left without saying what was wrong with the refrigerator. Sears also didn’t repair or give me an estimate like they said they would..And still charged me 129.00. Sears has really gone downhill! Also you can’t anyone on the phone unless you agree to make an appointment.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sears repair services. The technician was in my home for no more than five minutes. He opened the dishwasher, closed it, and immediately told me I would need to purchase a $600 part. There was no meaningful diagnostic process, no thorough inspection, and no clear explanation of how that conclusion was reached.
