Schedule an appointment for someone to come out to look at my refrigerator. They called me the morning of to ask about payment. I told them that my home insurance would pay for it. The guy told me they only work on appliances that have warranty on them or if someone is paying out of pocket. What kind of ridiculous actions is this. You will get paid regardless.
