Richard the repair man was polite and professional. Obviously knew his stuff

Service was supposed to occur between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. Alerts said arrival time was 10:39 and then later 11:52 (or something like that. Technician called at approximately 12:15 saying he would arrive around 1:30 pm. Technician was very nice upon arrival. The washer code was ND and would not drain. We had opened the bottom and drained it two separate time. The technician did not open the bottom to drain or pull out the little trap to clear. He opened the bottom but shut it immediately.
