Richard is great he’s done the repair in stages due to a supply chain of parts issues and parts either just not sent or returned to supplies he’s sat either on our kitchen floor or like today in a patio chair texting with an AI agent or finally a real live person trying to locate missing part/s or like today we decided to cancel the part that the courier didn’t understand our address. Through all this Richard has been great.
