Frank was very polite and professional.
Richard is great he’s done the repair in stages due to a supply chain of parts issues and parts either just not sent or returned to supplies he’s sat either on our kitchen floor or like today in a patio chair texting with an AI agent or finally a real live person trying to locate missing part/s or like today we decided to cancel the part that the courier didn’t understand our address. Through all this Richard has been great.
My Technician did a great Job. Professional and knowledgeable. He was very polite and and had my furnace up and running in about 15 minutes.
Polite, friendly, efficient.
Repair service person showed up on time. Completed job. Dryer is working now!
