Frank did a good job of recognizing the severity of the problem and advising us and our home warrant company of the appropriate next steps. Would highly recommend.
Not actually able to repair anything. Just wanted to sell me a new machine. Diagnostic fee of $120 but didn’t actually open the the machine and look at anything. Asked them to check the pump to see if anything was stuck but wouldn’t… they showed up when they said they would and seemed like nice people. But just save yourself the money and find a real repair person because sears is just a scam to sell new machines.
