Great service and very nice technician
My washer broke on March 30. I qualified for my All-State Protection Plan that I bought when I bought the washer/dryer combo. All-State contracted Sears to fix my washer. You canceled several times for no Tech available. I talked with LG Electronics after over a month of frustration. I have a new LG and I canceled my May 29th repair appointment on May 12th. He was efficient and explained the best amount of liquid soap to use in the dishwasher. He repaired the dishwasher and went on his way.
