Sears repairmen are the best They for the most part . only once with a no show with a repair person who quit.. I have AAA plus service. Unlike the Sears whole house warranty program which is a disaster...it is outsourced .. customer service in the United STates combative if and when they answer the phone!
I could not ask for better service. Timely and professional service that puts the customer first. He was experienced and very knowledgeable.
Our Sears dishwasher wouldn't pump out. The nice repairman wasn't allowed to remove the built-in d-w to check it out. He needed a carpenter to remove the machine, a plumber if there were supply or drain issues past the machine, and presumably an electrician. Maybe they should send in a general contractor for built-in dishwasher repairs. I pulled the machine out myself, found that the drain hose (not part of the machine, but an extension) was plugged. The hose was old and broke on removal, so I replaced it and the supply line... read more
The Service is Fantastic ! The Dryer on the other hand Sucks ! This has been the 5th time it was repaired still keeps braking down...
