Do NOT deal with these people!!! The diagnostic fee is $129. The only negative remark I have is I couldn’t speak to a real person about the parts that were ordered, when I needed to. I didn’t know how many parts were ordered. We received one part, so I tried to reschedule the return appointment, but AI Samantha told me you were still trying to locate a part. I called again and somehow I was able to speak to someone in the office—not sure how I did that. Was told there were 2 parts ordered.
