Overall, great experience-- scheduling was easy and had a friendly, knowledgeable technician. Definitely recommend.
Quick and efficient
The technician and the repair were great. Your AI system sucks. It got my address wrong causing the technician to be almost an hour late for the first visit. When notified he was on his way for the second trip repair address was still wrong and AI kept trying to sell me more service instead of being able to change incorrect information.
