Technician was great.
All of their scheduling and customer service is run by A.I. You cannot talk to a human and you can’t schedule an appointment you just have to be available all day. The A.I. sent a repairman that can’t work on fridges to my house to repair my fridge so I had to reschedule again.
Nice, professional although they came Monday repair was not completed until Thursday go to ordering parts
Stay away from Sears... I had an oven repair for a heating element that ended up costing me nearly $700 which did not fix the issue. I asked them to come back out and they refused to come out for free stating that if the service tech found a different issue, I would have to pay for a different repair and if I refused the repair I would have to pay for the diagnostic... which should have already discovered the issue the first time. 1st appointment was a no show, no apology was not acknowledged, fir a lost day . Service guy was professional, and an expert.
