Technician was very knowledgeable nice and helpful. He figured out and took care of the issue within a few minutes, and everything is back to normal.

This was by far the worst experience with a repair company. Plz plz don't waste your time or money. You will get ripped off. I have to take the legal route to get my refund but I will not be made a fool of again. Absolute nonsense. Update: I called the number. They informed me I am not getting a refund. Story behind review: After making an appointment to get my fridge fixed , a tech showed up , diagnosed the issue. Ordered a part. $550.00. part and labor. No problem. Just fix it.
