He was very good, explained everything to me (I am clueless when it comes to appliances). He had made a two man job into a one man job which was impressive. He had us going again in no time. Me and my fur baby had an enjoyable experience, that's saying something because he doesn't like anyone .

Gregory arrived in a timely fashion. the air conditioner had electrical problems he was not able to repair. He is always polite and helpful. Excellent service.
