Attempted to contact for appliance repair (GE cooktop). I was transferred to AI assistant. AI prompted me for details on appliance and repair needed. I answered its questions. It stated, "We do not have any available schedule for service in your area. How else can I help you?" I asked for customer service. The AI stated. "We are now an AI-only service." That's it. Jeffery The service guy is the only person they have sent out, he knows my washer and Dryer need to be replaced and Sears Home Warranty won't replace them til I have had a minimum of 4 issues with each machine. Warranty is Absolutely Horrible! We have been dealing with both our Washer and Dryer needing repair since early October 2024. We have scheduled 7 repair dates in 6 months. They have shipped the wrong parts 2 times, canceled our scheduled repair date (the morning of the repair) 3 times. The other 2 times once the repai... read more

We have been waiting almost 3 months for a repair on our washing machine. Their warranties are a joke. They assure us the tech will reach out but never does. We have rescheduled a dozen or more times and had a no call/no show twice now. We had to take off work to be home for these appointments since someone has to be there they say.
