Made an appt. A week ago for our fridge. Only able to schedule through AI on their end. First was advised technician would be out the next day. The next day advised they would be out the next Tuesday. On Tuesday between 8am and 5pm. At 4:50 pm due to staffing changes could come Thursday or next week. I'm tied up Thursday. I will never buy a kenmore appliance again. As a side note even though our fridge is labeled a Kenmore, it was made by LG. They constantly break down. I canceled the service call.
