Very quick repair. Back in working order. Very professional.
While my appliance was fixed, I was unhappy with the amount of time it took from arrival to completion. The technician arrived to my house well before the second “estimated arrival time”. They sat in my driveway for 10-15 minutes before even calling me. Then, they stated that they had “just got there” and said they would be inside in about 4-5 minutes. Arrived within promised time, replaced broken parts and ensured washer was running correctly.
Corey was a pleasant young man and knew what he was doing. He did a great job and explained the steps to follow in case I ever have another problem with my lights. It a pleasure to meet him.
