The AI assistant promised a diagnostic fee, by enrolling in Sears Home Advantage, of $99. Technicians tried to charge $129. Still disputing the charge. This is terrible customers service and an example of what happens when companies replace real humans with AI to save money. Lousy service ensues and customers get frustrated and go elsewhere.
