After diagnosing the problem, they required payment in full, ($438.20 for a spring and bracket replacement paid on 10/15/2025) before the repairs could be done. Tech screamed & cursed during repairs, after 1 1/2 hrs to get the cabinet back on, but finally said it was done and had me esign while running a sample load. It was NOT fixed and is still unusable, and he said he couldn't fix it, but I would receive a refund of $138.00. As of today, 10/21/2025, I have received no refund. Tyler was very professional and was aware of the issue when he arrived which was a change from other companies in the past. While he could not get the issue to reappear in his time on site he was able to discuss functions we didnt even know existed with the appliance. Hopefully the issue was a one off but he knew his way around the appliance and understood causes. We will see if this repair visit fixed the issue as he took some pieces off and replaced them back so we are hoping its a quirk and needed some human touch to make... read more
The app that has you track the service time does not work. It says they will be there at 8:40 then they don’t show up until 3:00. Some kinda time frame would be nice not the 8-5 that’s a ridiculous time frame.
