This company is a scam. Like previous reviews note, there is no actual human to talk to. It is 'AI' only, and a poor version at that. Also, the tech is not actually in Coldwater. Don't be fooled by a local business address. I contacted this company for an appliance repair for my refrigerator. They came out once. I was told it would be a $750 repair, but the repair technician didn’t have the part so they would have to come out the following week. No office in Coldwater. No humans to speak to. Repair person couldn't work with our warranty. Didn't get any help for our LG refrigerator just lost days waiting for nothing.
