I was pleased with the work that Rick provided when he came (3/19) to see what the problem was with our refrigerator "going bad". He said that we needed a new compressor, and another set of parts, and that they would be ordered soon. However, there was an issue with the parts, because they where not available. The repair guy took a picture of the fridge details and checked nothing else. He did not move the fridge or check the back. He said it was the computer board. He said there was no part available therefore he couldn’t help. Then he told me that I had to sign that I declined the estimate. What estimate? You said you couldn’t fix it? “If you sign I couldn’t fix it, that makes me look bad,” he said. But you couldn’t fix it.
