Slight delay arriving, tech was nice, friendly and knowledgeable. Problem is they don't have any parts so they usually order from Amazon. At least 4 days to get it so I don't have a working refrigerator until then. Ordered the part myself and having it shipped overnight. $32 + $12 shipping vs $174. Paid $136 just for the visit and diagnosis. Tech agreed that the part I suspected should be replaced so that was worth it. If you have many appliances it's best to get a home warranty. He was a huge help to us, kind and competent.
Tech did not repair the dryer. Drum does not spin. You can’t get a live person on the phone. You are stuck in AI hell. How do a speak with a live person to have seats come back and repair the dryer. ??? I need a human to call me not an AI computer.
