I wish I could give ZERO stars. These people are the absolute WORST. They have been to my house FOUR TIMES - each time with a different assessment. On the THIRD visit, they sent a repair person who wasn't even trained in refrigeration and he didn't have the right tools for the job. The person they sent on the fourth visit diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and now they have either CANCELLED or just been a NO CALL/NO SHOW THREE TIMES. Appointment was 8a-5p today. No one ever showed or called. Tried to call and it’s only assisted thru AI. This company should be removed from Google search.
I've waited for over 9 hours to hear from a technician. I keep getting the AI run around. Used to be Sears Appliance Repair was the best. Now, I would have to say...Not so much. What a horrible experience. No updates, no calls, no nothing. I would give zero stars if I could
Missed work 3 times for service appointment because you can only get 8am to 5pm time just to be canceled halfway through the day. Cost me hundreds in lost money from work. Will not be using them again
