After Tech Matthew R made repairs the Washer was worse than before he started. When he left the top wasn't closed properly. He had to be called back into the house to fix. When my girlfriend started the washer it was "NOW" making loud noises that weren't there before the repair. Tech was still in the driveway so she went out and told him and he refused to come back inside and look at the washer. He said he'd already closed the ticket and could not look at the washer again. There’s no way to reach a person! My appointment has been changed now. This will be to my third appointment and I still have not heard from them and I can’t reach them! They just keep sending texts and canceling my appointments and moving it forward but you can’t reach them so be careful.
