I've waited for over 9 hours to hear from a technician. I keep getting the AI run around. Used to be Sears Appliance Repair was the best. Now, I would have to say...Not so much. What a horrible experience. No updates, no calls, no nothing. I would give zero stars if I could
Missed work 3 times for service appointment because you can only get 8am to 5pm time just to be canceled halfway through the day. Cost me hundreds in lost money from work. Will not be using them again

After Tech Matthew R made repairs the Washer was worse than before he started. When he left the top wasn't closed properly. He had to be called back into the house to fix. When my girlfriend started the washer it was "NOW" making loud noises that weren't there before the repair. Tech was still in the driveway so she went out and told him and he refused to come back inside and look at the washer. He said he'd already closed the ticket and could not look at the washer again.
