Sears is the absolute worst servicing company. First tech ordered one part and scheduled a new appt. Second tech said, no, it needed another part. Ordered and set a new appt. That part was more expensive and when it came in, it didn’t fix the problem. So new appointment. First tech again. Ordered the original part- again. No refund for more expensive part.
