Todd was very friendly, professional and explained what was wrong with the washer, next steps and how to get in contact with him if needed. When the part arrived, the follow up appointment was scheduled right away and he quickly repaired the washer for us. He is very nice and made the experience as painless as possible!
Technician was great and professional. Not very happy with the company and their Scheduling.
Technicians did a great job! I do wish the company could have a smaller window of time for the repair, as I had to take and entire day off from work.
