The service person was very nice and approachable in explaining what was going on with the repair.
As it turns out, after Ford Used Appliances here in Clarksdale Came and picked up my washer, that is, well after Sears had come by to " diagnose" it. Ford found the the problem was the circuit board completely needing to be replaced. Had I followed the Sears technicians instructions, and bought yet another lid-lock wiring harness, the machine still would not have worked, I would have been yet deeper in the financial hole, and still not had any clue as to how to rectify the situation.
