Very friendly and knowledgeable repair technician a pleasure to meet
Joshua (our 2nd and 3rd visit) was professional and capable. Our first repairman (Kevin) arrived too late to do anything and committed to ordering part later but did not. We lost a whole week in the process. The Sears tracking system for the appointment was terrible. It had us expecting service first thing each time when service was late in the afternoon each time and the 3rd time it never updated. Not being able to speak with a person and not having any options made it not useful. Very frustrating.
Technician working on the unit name was Kevin and he was very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable of his job, timely and most helpful in the education that he provided for us regarding our unit
