Came out in a very small car with nothing to fix anything with. We assumed calling a repair company as big as Sears would be having the repair person come and repair. Not the case…. They only assess, then make plans to come back and repair. Disappointed.
NO available time to schedule a service appointment. And they want you to sign up for their warranty and cleaning programs. What a joke. Run from these guys
