Service provider was a prompt and friendly. Unfortunately for the part to repair our oven is no longer available, it is 27 years old.
Kevin was very polite, courteous,& informative. Answered questions with ease.
They made us wait a week to come out to look at the oven. Told them in the description the make and model. Repairman came out looked at it for 15 minutes and said that he doesn't work on this model.
Kevin was phenomenal and allowed me to watch him through the process so I could learn more about the maintenance of the equipment.
