Tracy was excellent. Knowledgeable and efficient. Very pleasant to work with. The only thing that was off was the frequent postponement and moving out date of repair. But I understand how very busy he is. I would definitely use this service again.

Price of $730 for 1 hour of labor is outrageous. Also the time frame of 8am - 5pm should have been narrowed down to 4 hrs, not 9 hours.
