The service man was good, hence the five stars, but having to pay a fee when I have an appliance policy rubs me the wrong way. For years, service calls were part of the coverage with no more additional charge. Recently, that has changed. My oven had nearly caught fire because a sensor went haywire. I unplugged it and it reset and when tested did not show up as faulty. The electronic board could not be replaced as my range is getting on in age and the part is no longer made.
