We requested service for a microwave, and we're told the quoted price INCLUDED any parts. When the service person came, he said parts are in addition to the service call. The problem seemed to be on the control board and an intermittent issue. A few days later we confirmed this when the microwave malfunctioned again. Because we are selling the house, and have moved out of state, we ended up replacing the microwave. We sent a message to Sears, but got no response.
