We requested service for a microwave, and we're told the quoted price INCLUDED any parts. When the service person came, he said parts are in addition to the service call. The problem seemed to be on the control board and an intermittent issue. A few days later we confirmed this when the microwave malfunctioned again. Because we are selling the house, and have moved out of state, we ended up replacing the microwave. We sent a message to Sears, but got no response. Technician came out 11/22/24 to repair my dryer. He was in his personal car had nothing but hand tools with him, he borrowed my can of pb blaster and sprayed pulley, told me it was good 2 days later started same noise. Paid him 141 dollars. Would not recommend!
