The repair person did the repair. We waited three weeks for the repair. Your AI system sucks! It was infuriating! We were never able to choose our appointment time. We were sent messages saying we had a virtual appointment 3x on the day we were supposed to have appointment. You cancelled 2x with zero explanation. I will never use your services again.
