The service/repair guy provided excellent customer service. However, we were charged a trip charge for diagnosing what we already knew the issue was. The issue was a damaged gasket. I wish we could have had an estimate of the cost of labor to install before he even came to our house. This would have saved us the $135 for the diagnostic fee.
He was polite, efficient and friendly.
Gentlemen was very nice and on time. Took time test wager to make sure everything was running properly l.
