Did not order the correct part and couldn’t fix the cooling issue
Over charged for 2 trips, overcharged for amazon part sent to location. Impossible to talk to a human. Took 3 trips that could have been done in 1-2.
DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE DAYS TO WASTE! I will admit that my refrigerator is repaired, but what a nightmare. Sears has gone fully AI and has NO PEOPLE for customer service. They will send you constant reminders days before your visit almost to the point of annoyance. They have robots calling you about the appointment. All this so you don't even think about missing your appointment. On the other hand, when your technician doesnt show up on time, there's no one to call and see what's going on. Is he going to show? who knows.... read more
