Repairman was very good and easy to work with.
Derek was very professional and knowledgeable on the service call. The problem is questionable whether if it is fix after replacing the compressor and dryer assembly. I'll contact sears in 24 hrs to see the next step.
After Sears canceled 3 times, my technician ended up being punctual, professional, and informative. Scheduling just stinks.
He came looked at it couldn't read the model and serial number so can't order parts to fix it
