Today was the 4th time I’ve had Sears to visit my home for the same washing machine problem. They only come to my area every other Wednesday. The repairman today ordered the same part that was put on at my last repair visit. Ridiculous. Only 1 out of the last 3-4 men actually knew what he was doing. In my maintenance agreement, it states if they repair the same item 3 or 4 times for same issue, they must replace the item.
