Professional, knowledgeable and was teaching another tech and he was very patient.
Washer repair. I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Servicemen installed stabilizers, started empty washer and left in 30 minutes, saying washer was "fixed." When cycle ended I used stair glide and went down to check. Washer was empty and had been left half a foot away from the sink. I started a load and when done, wash was still so damp, it needed two FULL cycles of 45 minutes each to DRY In dryer: exactly as before "repair."
