The Sears service repair person was great. LG's warranty program is terrible; it took 26 days to get service.

He did excellent work very efficiently. He was very polite and I’m very impressed with the service we received.
The workers have no knowledge on smart washing machines. They try to charge you everytime they come back when they can't even fix the machine. I was charged over 400.00 for a part that was not needed.
