Nothing was done to address the issue except to call the coverage company to get is reassigned.
I called for dryer repair and Tech A came the first time on Jan 2 with a trainee. They diagnosed the problem as Drum rollers and had to order parts. They scheduled to come back in a week and he was a no show. I reschedule by the site and again a no show. He came back in another week and said the parts were the wrong ones. He reorders the rollers and again gets the wrong ones. He blames the parts guy. The next scheduled visit was by a third tech and he said Tech A ordered the wrong rollers twice.
